NULL Return from getGeocode using Geofence Service on Dev platform

In the past, I was able to get valid lat/lon values back from this service through the dev platform access. Just recently, all my requests return a NULL value without an error. Has the service changed? Do I need special permission to use this service?

This is my first time to try out the AssetLinkGeofence sample. I got the NULL from creating geofence using getGeocode() call. Please advise.

A change was made to the server's mapping key to resolve this issue.
