Systems Integration
Persis has gained a reputation for delivering on-time and in-budget projects regardless of the technology and complexity. Through a well planned, Agile and Iterative process incorporating Continuous Integration and Test Driven Development with a sharp focus on Business Requirements, Persis has managed to deliver projects with significant technical and planning complexities involving multiple vendors and parallel projects. All the while maintaining a very high standard of quality reflected in the Total Cost of Ownership associated with these projects many years hence deployment.
Fixed-cost Projects
Persis specializes in delivering complete end to end solutions at a fixed cost. While we respond comprehensively and in accordance with the terms of each RFP and RFQ, we do however strongly recommend to our clients to take a two step approach to such engagements. The first stage we recommend is the “Assessment” stage, during which the business and technical requirements are examined and a high level design document is produced. The artifacts of the Assessment phase are then used to determine both the cost and duration of the “Construction” phase. This two phase approach has proved effective in reducing both the cost and risk associated with end to end solutions.
