Product/Service Overview
Our managed connectivity offering is developed to ensure first-class services ranging from technical and commercial design, throughout test/validation to long-term connectivity operations for global deployments. It includes services within three core areas;
- Global connectivity services – Combining GSM/UMTS wireless technologies with the Internet, we provide instant access to products, machines, and vehicles. Our global SIM concept enables our customers to standardize one connectivity solution no matter where their products are produced, sold or used. We provide various formats of SIM to ensure high-quality and cost-effective integration in the specific connected product. Beyond the traditional plastic SIM, we provide eSIM solutions directly soldered to the circuit board and embedded InSIM solutions. The SIM functionality can be tailored in many ways -- for example to include customized SIM-applications. Our technical platform is solely developed for global M2M connectivity solutions providing access to over 400 mobile networks all across the world.
- M2M enabling services – Services include automated SIM activation for matching requirements of the customer production and logistic chain. Roaming and subscription profiles customized for specific usage and our web-based service portal enabling management of connectivity solution as well as instant monitoring of operational status. We also provide a standardised API for full integration of customer IS/IT systems into our M2M platform. Our M2M test lab is used to test and validate optimized functionality of the remote terminal behaviour in a controlled lab environment.
- Professional services – When initiating a new M2M customer project, we provide technical business solutions design and project management services, solely focused on developing a suitable connectivity solution in close cooperation with our customers. After implementation of the customer solution we provide technical expertise support and service management, 24/7/365 on a global basis.
